I’m delighted to be joining 3SC as a Personal Development Coach. I’ll be using my coaching skills to support individuals facing many different kinds of barriers in employment. I’ll be specialising in clients who identify as neurodiverse.
I will provide a coaching service to 3SC customers, using professional coaching, mentoring and training approaches.
This may include people in work, unemployed, identify as neurodiverse, on probation and prison leavers.
I’ve been running my practice since 2000, and this is a fantastic opportunity to expand the offering to an underserved audience and do some very good work in improving lives.
