When people get bored with a trainer, they stop listening and you wasted your money. People want to be entertained when they learn, it helps them remember and connect to the content.
It’s true: laughter is the best medicine. Laughter strengthens your immune system, boosts mood, diminishes pain, and protects you from the effects of stress and it draws people together. Personal development is about how we shift our thought patterns to see ourselves and the people we work with in a positive new light. Having been a TV and Radio presenter my delivery is humourous and keeps the audience fully engaged even online.

Becky’s Monthly Membership
Do you feel you’d like to have more ‘laughs’ in your life? Perhaps a nice catch-up with like-minded people who enjoy filling their minds with personal development information and tools to live their best life?
We meet on the first Sunday of every month via zoom at 6.00pm UK time.
- We have a personal development learning/coaching session taught by me and other experts.
- We have a catch-up and a laugh, and if you can’t make the time, the session is recorded so you can catch up with it later.
- We work on raising your life force, keeping you resilient and chipper and getting you in the flow, in a none serious fully joyful anti-fluff way.
This isn’t a ‘hard-core’ transformational programme, it’s a buoyancy aid to avoid sinking into a ho-hummish banal existence from listening to too much negativity when people are having tough times. A comedy hour that reminds you that you are made of the good stuff!
£10 a month via BACS for an hour log call once a month. If you’re overseas £10.60 via Paypal. No contract, you need to set up regular monthly payments and cancel via email whenever you wish to. Pop me an email if you’d like to join becky@beckywalsh.com.

Becky’s course is so accessible and immersive. I just could not tear myself away from it. I like the empowerment the course has afforded me, and believe that there is a book in me which can change peoples lives. Becky has an in knack of encouraging her pupils to TRUST in themselves, and their ability to make change, which ultimately leads to a path of least resistance for those who have fear of change!!

Can I say straight away that it was by far the best workshop I have ever attended at Brightlife. Becky was fabulous; interesting, knowledgeable, humorous, and entertaining throughout the whole day.
