We all go through times where we feel like we’ve lost ourselves. That could be because of a job situation, a relationship, a situation with your family, health and even a friendship. The time period when we go to self reflection, is extremely useful. It shouldn’t be underestimated. So even if our feelings feel difficult, the person that emerges from the self reflection, is often a better person. You get to meet yourself authentically, you get clear on what you want and what you don’t want, and you can focus much more on your purpose.
And when you emerge out of that cocoon, you find your wings are much bigger than you expected.
