When you encounter someone who isn’t operating with an average level of rational reasoning it can be frightening.
They may be unreasonable, angry, aggressive or even threatening. It can also be that their reality is far different from the one you are operating in which means they can be disruptive to a space or situation. It can be down to drug and alcohol use or mental ill health.
You might also encounter someone who is unwell or feeling close to the edge and needs support you might not feel qualified to give.

Becky Walsh will give you tips from real-life experiences so you can feel confidently empowered if it happens to you in person or remotely over the phone.
