An Intuitive Catalyst Session is a one-off 90-minute session for those who want advice and a clear direction forward. It is coaching, acting as your ‘thought partner’, helping you get clear on your decisions.

Counselling gives us space to listen to what is really going on, not just in your thoughts, but in your body, your patterns, your relationships and the story you have been living inside.
Counselling is 60 minutes and a £65 fee per session

My work blends professional counselling, deep intuition, humour, psychology and over twenty years of experience. I know that sometimes all that’s needed is someone to listen, and hear what you can’t yet trust.
You might be navigating loss, burnout, identity shifts, anxiety, or just feeling stuck… we can work together in either an ongoing Counselling container to explore over time, or one off Intuitive Catalyst sessions.
