  • Mailing list contacts: until you unsubscribe

  • Analytics data: up to 26 months

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or destroyed.

  • Professional confidentiality obligations apply under BACP standards

While reasonable security measures are taken, no internet transmission is completely secure.
