I’ve always been fascinated by what makes us tick, why we think the way we do, what holds us back, and how we find the courage to change.
That curiosity has taken me on a very unconventional path, blending neuroscience, psychology, intuition and humour to help people overcome self-doubt, trauma, and life’s inevitable wobbles.

Beyond the Therapy Room
I’ve never believed life was meant to be lived quietly. Being led by my inner voices, intuition and that deep knowing that nudges you toward the unexpected always looking for an extraordinary life.
I’ve travelled the world, stood on stage making people laugh while sneaking in psychology, written books, broadcast on radio, and worked in the community heart of local government. I’ve also sat with people in their most tender moments, as a therapist and intuitive guide.
Every chapter has shaped me, each one layering humour, wisdom, resilience, and a deeper connection. It’s about listening to the whispers of your own soul, trusting synchronicities, and finding meaning in both joy and heartbreak.
I bring all of this into my work: a grounded presence, sharp insight, the courage to explore the messy bits, and a lightness that makes space for laughter even in the heavy moments.
