In life we know that there is no such thing as a ‘quick fix’. However a ‘heads up’ or nudge in the right direction might be all you need. When your own ‘inner knowing’ seems to have become so inverted that you can’t hear it over the hubbub of fear and confusion, I am at the end of the phone to help.

You might come with one or two questions or one subject that needs looking at. You might need a second set of intuitive eyes on a decision or situation. You might need a chat yet not need a whole one hour or half an hour consultation. That is what these 10 – 15 min check ins are perfect for.
